3 #POCKETTapproved Looks For Spring/Summer
A classic floral print never goes out of style, but we love it the most during the spring. Our vintage "Pleated Flower" skirt combines three trends in one: floral, pleats and the midi length. Since we really want the gorgeous print to be the focus of this outfit, we kept it simple with a gray tee (with a pocket, of course!), black cage sandals and a simple gold pendant necklace. Say hello to our spring uniform!
This look is perfect if you work in a fashion-forward office, or for just a night out. We started with our vintage "Clair Blue" petite dress for a pop of color. This bright blue is great because it works for summer, but can easily transition into fall. Who doesn't love versatility?! We kept the accessories muted so the bright color would really stand out. We added nude pumps, a white belt to cinch the waist and a fun pair of gold statement earrings.

5 Times Pockets Ruled The Red Carpet
It’s no secret that we love seeing pockets on the red carpet. A pocket can add an unexpected twist to any look, from a slinky and sexy Grammy dress to a classic Oscar’s ball gown. It’s also nice to know that some of our favorite celebs appreciate convenience, comfort and class just as much as we do . They’ve rocked pockets on the red carpet, and we have to celebrate them. So here are five times that pockets totally ruled the red carpet. If only we could see what they keep inside!
1. Rita Ora
We had to start off the list with this golden goddess number on Rita Ora. The edgy pop queen looks amazing in this Emilio Pucci creation. Pucci is really our high-fashion hero, because the brand loves to work pockets into every look that it can.
2. Kim Kardashian
No one makes pockets look hotter than Kim Kardashian. Kim K is actually a big fan of rocking pockets on the red carpet, and we love her for it. To be honest, we would love this Sophie Theallet gown sans pockets, but the extra storage space definitely kicks it up a notch.
Jessica looks stunning in this light pink Alexander McQueen dress. But what’s most impressive about this look is, of course, the pockets. You wouldn’t even know this dress had pockets, if she didn’t have one hand tucked inside.
4. Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy's Monique Lhuillier is the classic ball gown you’d expect to see on any Oscar red carpet. It’s gorgeous, but a little predictable. What really gives this dress an edge are the pockets! They’re not too common at the Oscars, but they totally work.
5. Melissa McCarthy
Finally, Melissa proves that pockets don’t always equal extra bulk, and they can be flattering on any body shape. Fun fact: she designed this gorgeous, dark blue dress herself for the 2011 Emmys.
